Born and raised in Park City, Cole watched the growth of his once small town and the boom in the local real estate market. As the son of Court Klekas, one of Park City's top producing and most awarded agents of his era, it was only a matter of time before Cole followed in his dads footsteps. Cole began his real estate career with Engel & Völkers back in 2015, captivated by the style, technology and clean look to the brand. Cole thrives working closely with his clients to help them achieve their goals in real estate while offering personal white glove service along the way. 

Cole has been involved in numerous successful residential real estate transactions from Salt Lake City to Heber Valley. In 2019, Cole was tasked as a listing agent of the Frostwood Villas Development in the Canyons Village, Cole and his team successfully sold out of the homes within 18 months. As a resident of Heber Valley for nearly two decades, Cole has witnessed the rapid growth in his new small town and is in love with the serene beauty of his community. 

Cole is a 5th degree black belt and has been a small business owner of a local martial arts studio for the past 20 years. Martial Arts has helped Cole balance the challenges of life and the intricacies of the Real Estate Profession. Cole enjoys all the winter activities from skiing and snowboarding at the local resorts to snowmobiling in the Uintas. Cole is a proud father of his two children Colby and Cora and enjoys spending time out on the boat in Lake Powell.
